The winter darkness invites honesty. It asks you to look at what’s been hidden, to sit with what’s been heavy, and to let it move through you.

Together, we travel into expanded states of awareness, supported by the medicine, the music, and the breath of those around you. It’s not about escaping anything. It’s about meeting yourself — raw, open, and real.

And as the first light rises, something shifts. The noise quiets. The heart softens. You return lighter, clearer, a little more yourself.

On the ceremony day, we open a sacred energetic space for you to fully relax and surrender to the teachings of the medicine. The ceremony is held by experienced practitioners and supported by live instruments, medicine music and shamanic practices. Inspired by traditional ways of working with plant medicine, this approach weaves together music, ritual and presence to create a powerful container for deep healing and insight.

The ceremony itself lasts around 6 hours. When you’re ready, we gently guide you back, offering a nourishing meal to help you ground before you rest. Our priority is your safety and comfort and we’ll be by your side throughout.

The next day, we begin the crucial process of integration together, helping you make sense of your experience before you leave. Once you return home, we offer ongoing support with practices and follow-up calls to help you fully integrate your insights.

Before we accept anyone on to a day ceremony, we do ask that you contact us to make sure this is a suitable experience for you. There are (very rare) instances where we cannot accept clients.
