🌺 I’m Dr. Rebecca Sullivan, and my greatest success isn’t a title, a business, or even a degree—
it’s mastering myself and becoming a Manifesting Engineer.
Today, I live my best life in the soul-rich mountains of Costa Rica, overlooking a majestic ocean that reminds me daily of everything I’ve journeyed through—and all the wisdom I’ve earned along the way.
📚 I hold a graduate degree in psychology, and in what feels like a former lifetime, I founded and operated three thriving mental health and primary care clinics. I served over 5,000 patients and led a team of 100+ employees.
⚠️ Traditional medicine saves lives—and I honor that deeply. But the Western medical model, as it currently exists, is fragmented. There's often no time for true collaboration or integration, and pharmaceuticals have become the default.
I knew in my soul: This is not what I came here for.
💫 From childhood, I felt my mission. Born deeply intuitive, I received messages, sensed emotions, and "read" people effortlessly. Though AWAKE didn’t exist back then, the codes were already within me.
✨ By 29, I launched my own practices. Nine years later, I walked away—my clinics, my marriage, and a life that no longer aligned. I earned my PhD in Integrative Energy Medicine and everything changed.
The future of healing is not either/or—it’s both/and.
Traditional medicine + soul medicine. Western science + field consciousness. Strategy + spirit.
🌿 Through AWAKE Academy, I began the most profound journey of all: unconditional self-love and radical authenticity.
In 2014, I began working with ayahuasca in the jungles of Peru. That sacred intelligence is now woven into my PLAE™ Certification alongside light language, morphic field work, and quantum energetics.

This is a plant medicine retreat centered around three nights of ayahuasca ceremony, offered within a luxury, integrative, and supportive retreat environment in Nosara, Costa Rica.

This retreat is intentionally small and intimate, with a maximum of 12 participants, allowing the group to move together in safety, trust, and energetic alignment. Couples are welcome.

Participants wake naturally to the sounds of nature and ocean views. The day begins with a nourishing, healthy breakfast enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the ocean, along with tea, hydration, and quiet time for reflection and integration.
After breakfast, guests may participate in a gentle integration circle, breathwork session, light yoga, stretching, or simply relax by the infinity pool. Time is intentionally unstructured to allow each participant to listen to their body and nervous system.
Midday / Afternoon
The afternoon is open for rest, connection, and optional activities. Participants may choose to:
Swim in the infinity pool
Spend time on the ocean-view terrace
Visit the beach
Journal, meditate, or integrate insights
Participate in a pre-booked excursion (such as snorkeling, a waterfall tour, horseback riding, or ATV riding)
Enjoy an optional massage or bodywork session (additional cost)
Lunch and snacks are provided, with plenty of space for relaxation and self-paced integration.
