- When we come together for this immersive experience in Costa Rica we will dive deep into the practice. We will explore the intimate connection with the natural world and how to flow with the 5 elements in divine guidance.
- Each day includes two yoga practices, in the morning to invigorate and in the evening to restore and two daily meditation or pranayama practices. Asana labs consist of breaking down the postures, sequencing, proper alignment and theory, anatomy workshops, practice teaching, and adjusting.
- Lecture labs consist of philosophy, ethics, history, Satsang, professional development, and marketing. Inbetween will be plenty of time for reflection, conversation, quiet time, and journaling. There will also be a few special evening classes mixed in for games, movies, dancing, and play.

Directions
The nearest international airport is SJO and you can also take a domestic flight to LIO. The nearest town is Cahuita.
Accommodation
In total, there are six private bedrooms with ensuites to accommodate up to ten people. Every room has a ceiling fan, AC, storage closet, mini fridge, and private ensuite with hot water. Rooms are equipped with comfortable king beds in a private room or 2 single beds in a shared room. Each room also has its own patio area with rocking chairs and a hammock. All linens, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping is provided. Check-in from 3 pm on arrival day and check-out by 11:00 am on departure day.

You will quickly drop into the Pura Vida slow and steady rhythm of life in this fully renovated boutique villa with the perfect mix of beach and jungle. Sit and enjoy breakfast listening to the distant ocean waves and jungle tunes, take a short stroll to relax on the beach, or relax poolside. This boutique Caribbean villa is beautifully decorated and has an open-air concept ensuring very good ventilation, with lots of areas to relax and soak up the scenery.
