About this Retreat
Experienced traveler. I've been accompanying ayahuasca processes for 10 years, learning from traditional Colombian healer Juan Bautista Agreda Chindoy. He's a psychotherapist, trained in Gestalt psychotherapy, the Enneagram, and a Master Coach. I lived in Colombia and have traveled to Putumayo every year for the past 10 years. This is the fourth year I've made this trip with a group and accompanied the processes. I feel well prepared for it. I know several indigenous communities and taitas that make excellent use of the plant.
Details of this retreat
This is a trip to Putumayo, Colombia. This trip is a turning point, a travel designed for personal growth. Getting away from everyday life to immerse yourself in indigenous cultures, ingesting ancestral medicines in the best hands, and enjoying professional integration and therapeutic support allows you to safely delve into your life processes, providing clarity, focus, and well-being. It's a curated and dynamic trip where we'll work on our bodies, hiking trails in the jungle that will take us to beautiful places—waterfalls, rivers, jungles, indigenous communities—where we'll work on our personal processes while simultaneously enjoying this immersion in nature. We'll visit different locations in Bajo Putumayo over 10 days, where we'll perform Ayahuasca ceremonies with experienced taitas. The last 6 days we will ascend to Sibundoy in the Upper Putumayo, where we will do a retreat with the teacher Juan Bautista Ágreda Chindoy, also using master plants, ending the trip with the Carnival of Forgiveness (Bëtsknaté) of the Sibundoy Valley.
