7:30 AM - Morning meditation & breathwork
8:15 AM - Somatic yoga flow
9:30 AM - Breakfast in the dining palapa
10:30 AM - Personal integration time / journaling
11:30 AM - Workshop: Integration tools & practices
1:00 PM - Lunch & rest period
2:30 PM - Nature immersion or sacred rapé ceremony
4:00 PM - Sharing circle or one-on-one sessions

We provide complimentary airport pickup from Managua and will transport you to your chosen sanctuary: the lush jungle retreat surrounded by tropical flora and flowing rivers, the serene beachfront location with ocean views and sea breezes, or the peaceful dry forest setting with unique wildlife and majestic landscapes. Your perfect healing environment awaits.

Shared Cabana A cozy twin-share room with two single beds, shared bathroom facilities nearby. Perfect for friends or solo travelers comfortable with community living. 3. Jungle Camping For the true nature lover - a comfortable tent setup with a proper bed and linens. Shared bathroom access. Fall asleep under the stars to the sounds of the rainforest.
