Details of this retreat

Return to the Body is a 4-day men’s immersion created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover the grounded clarity that comes from being fully present in your own body.

In the noise and pressures of modern life, men often lose touch with their inner stability — the part of them that knows how to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and respond to life from purpose rather than reactivity. This retreat offers a reset. Through breathwork, somatic embodiment, mindfulness practices, creative reflection, time in nature, and supported community connection, you’ll learn to quiet the overactive mind, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect to the deeper intelligence within you.

Across these four days, you’ll explore:

• Somatic breathwork journeys designed to open the body, release stuck emotions, and restore emotional clarity
• Embodiment practices, mindful movement, and Qigong to bring you back into presence
• Grounding techniques for nervous system regulation and resilience
• Morning practices, fireside connection, and guided reflection
• Time in nature on the surrounding forest property
• Deep brotherhood — sharing, listening, and being witnessed by other men
• Space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, purpose, and direction

This retreat is for men who feel the call to slow down, breathe deeper, and return to the grounded version of themselves that feels steady, clear, and fully alive. It’s a space to shed old patterns, reconnect with your truth, and step forward with renewed confidence and inner alignment.

Come home to yourself. Return to your body. Reconnect with the man you’re becoming.
