PREPARATION (two sessions, online)
We begin with two sessions together, about a week apart. This is where we get to know each other and start gently opening up what's there. Grief often carries layers that haven't had the space to be looked at yet, and these sessions are where we begin exploring that together.
They're also where I prepare you for what the journey itself can feel like, especially if this is new to you. As a trained grief and relationship counsellor, I hold this space professionally, so you can open up safely and know what to expect before we go further.
THE JOURNEY DAY
We begin around 11am. First, we take time to arrive and settle into the space together, with some grounding work to help you land before anything begins.
The journey itself unfolds over roughly four to six hours after taking the psilocybin. Afterward, a warm meal is ready and waiting, so there's nothing to plan or prepare. You can simply rest into the experience. I recommend keeping the following day light and free too, so there's room to be with whatever has surfaced.
INTEGRATION (two sessions, online)
Most programmes stop at one integration session, held soon after the journey. In my experience, that first session is often just the beginning. It's usually the second session, held a week or two later, where real clarity starts to land. That's why integration here includes two sessions, spaced to give things time to settle in between.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Beyond the scheduled sessions, I'm available by message between sessions throughout the programme. If something comes up, whether a question, a difficult moment, or something you want to process before we next meet, you don't have to sit with it alone until the next appointment.
HOW IT ALL FITS TOGETHER
Altogether, the programme typically runs four to six weeks: one preparation session a week for two weeks, the journey day, then one integration session a week for one to two weeks after. This pacing gives each part of the process the room it needs.
Important: Please reach out before booking flights or accommodation. Every programme begins with a conversation so we can find dates that work for both of us before anything is finalised.
