My life has taught me this: transformation is absolutely possible. I bring over 25 years of experience in embodiment, somatic therapy, spirituality, trauma resolution, and personal development. My approach integrates body, mind, heart, and soul—drawing from Somatic Experiencing, Bodywork, IFS, Sex Therapy, Akashic Records, Yoga, and more. Think of it as a well-stocked toolbox of transformation, customized for whoever walks through the door. Healing Is Possible—And It Doesn’t Have to Take Forever Because I’ve lived through the depths, I don’t just understand my clients’ pain—I feel it. I’ve moved through trauma, isolation, and uncertainty, and emerged more whole, embodied, and alive. That lived experience is now one of my greatest tools. As a highly sensitive person, I’ve learned to turn my empathy and intuition into assets—ones I now use to help others navigate their inner terrain and come home to themselves. I acknowledge the fast-paced, often overwhelming world we live in—shaped by systems of oppression and intergenerational trauma—and I hold space for all of it: the grief, the rage, the exhaustion, and the hope. Healing isn’t about bypassing reality; it’s about finding wholeness within it. I’m warm, intuitive, irreverent, and real. I love this work with my whole being and believe in its power to shift not only individual lives but the collective patterns that hold us all back. At the core of everything I do, I value truth.
