About this Retreat
Eyrika Pak is the founder of Sacred Ground Retreats and a devoted advocate for safe, compassionate, and lasting transformation. With a background as a Pediatric Nurse and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Eyrika bridges the worlds of medical knowledge and emotional healing with warmth and integrity.
As a Certified Psychedelic Practitioner, she brings a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to every retreat, ensuring each guest feels seen, supported, and safe throughout their journey. Her passion for this work is deeply personal — having experienced her own profound healing through psilocybin, she holds immense gratitude for the opportunity to walk beside others as they reconnect with themselves and rediscover hope.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Sacred Ground Retreats, Darnette Hoag brings strength, precision, and heart to every aspect of our work. A Marine Corps veteran and communications specialist, Darnette’s leadership is rooted in clarity, integrity, and service.
She is a trauma-informed coach and certified facilitator whose calm presence and compassionate nature help guests feel deeply safe, seen, and supported. Darnette is devoted to creating an environment of trust and belonging — where authentic connection and community thrive.
