Itinerary – Botánica Ancestral (One-Day Experience)

Arrival and registration
Welcome by the host, light herbal infusions, and initial orientation. Medical form and informed consent are reviewed.
08:30 – 09:15
Opening the space
The facilitator guides a connection meditation and energetic cleansing with copal. The group shares the collective intention for the day.
09:15 – 09:45
Psilocybin introduction talk
Therapeutic and ancestral context of the mushroom, dosage, care guidelines, and recommendations for the process. Open space for questions.
09:45 – 10:00
Altar and offering preparation
Each participant places a symbolic offering at the center (flowers, seeds, stones). The elements of the altar are explained.
10:00 – 13:30
Psilocybin ceremony
Guided ingestion with facilitator leadership and assistant support. A contained environment of silence, medicine music, and emotional holding is maintained.
13:30 – 14:00
Closing of the journey and rest
Time for rest, silence, and hydration. The team provides gentle emotional support and presence.
14:00 – 15:00
Integration temazcal
Led by the facilitator with chants and a therapeutic focus. A sacred space to release, connect, and seal the healing process.
15:00 – 15:30
Sacred cenote bath
Optional purifying and integrative bath, supervised by the host.
15:30 – 16:30
Community meal
Vegetarian or vegan menu prepared with local ingredients. A space for sharing, integration, and gratitude.
16:30 – 17:00
Closing circle
Sharing circle to express experiences, followed by a closing message from the facilitator and farewell.
