Deepen your practice and transform your life in our 21-day Yoga Alliance–certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali.
This immersive program blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, integrating the traditional teachings of India with the spiritual energy of Bali.

You’ll study asana, alignment, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, teaching methodology, and self-inquiry.
Our experienced teachers from India and Indonesia offer authentic guidance, helping you grow with confidence, clarity, and heart-centered leadership.

With small groups (max 16 students), personalized attention, and a supportive community, this training is designed to awaken inner transformation—both as a practitioner and as a future yoga teacher.

Whether you want to teach or simply deepen your practice, this journey will elevate your mind, body, and spirit.

6:30 – 7:00 Morning Ritual
A gentle start to the day with breathwork, grounding practices, and intention setting.

7:15 – 8:45 Asana Practice (Hatha/Vinyasa)
A dynamic morning practice to build strength, balance, and awareness.

9:00 – 9:30 Yoga Sabha
A short morning circle for reflection, discussion, or community connection.

9:30 – 10:30 Morning Bite
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast to refuel and prepare for the day’s learning.

10:30 – 12:00 Gyana Yoga (Philosophy Class)
Explore yogic philosophy, ancient texts, and modern application of yoga wisdom.

12:15 – 13:30 Yoga Abhyasa (Practice & Application)
Deepen your understanding of techniques, alignment, and teaching methodology.

13:30 – 14:30 Lunch and Mid-Day Break
A wholesome meal followed by time to rest, recharge, or enjoy the surroundings.

14:30 – 15:30 Swadhyaya (Self-Study)
Dedicated study time for journaling, reading, assignments, or quiet reflection.

15:30 – 17:00 Asana Purity (Alignment & Technique)

Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) – Bali’s Main Airport
The nearest and most convenient airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar – DPS). It serves major international routes from Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and connecting flights from Europe and the U.S.

Travel Time to Ubud
Our retreat center is located in Ubud, approximately 1–1.5 hours from the airport depending on traffic.

Recommended Transport

Taxi or Private Driver: This is the easiest and most comfortable option. We can help arrange a private airport pickup upon request.
Online Ride Apps: Grab, GoJek, or Bluebird are available at the airport (pickup at designated areas).
Shuttle Services: Some airport shuttle options are available but may require advanced booking.

Domestic Connections (if applicable)
If you're traveling from other islands in Indonesia, you can take a domestic flight into Denpasar (DPS) from Jakarta, Surabaya, Lombok, Labuan Bajo, or other major cities.

Our Recommendation
We suggest arriving a little earlier in Bali if possible, so you have time to ground, rest, and settle before the retreat begins. If you need transport assistance, just let us know — we are happy to help arrange it.
