Details of this retreat

Small-scale nature retreat and glamping experience rooted in slowness, presence, and seasonal rhythm.

Cross the threshold.

This *Spring Renewal Retreat* marks the opening of the season at Rainbow Hill. As nature begins to awaken, we create space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and gently reset after the winter months. Through simple practices, time in nature, and shared meals, the retreat offers a quiet pause to realign, listen, and begin the new cycle with clarity and grounded presence. No rush, no pressure — just time and space to arrive.

The retreat includes guided morning practices, time outdoors on the land, shared vegetarian meals, and spacious afternoons for rest, walking, or quiet reflection. Evenings are simple and informal, with sound or relaxation sessions.

Arrive, recalibrate, and begin the new cycle with clarity and grounded presence.

Cross the threshold.
