Get advance yoga teacher training with Upaya Yoga and prepare you for a more advanced level and trans-formative power of yoga. Take participate in our 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training. In this program, you will be able to learn the modern practice of Hatha (including traditional and therapeutic), Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga.

Our main motive is to provide the best training to our students so that they can get eternal bliss, peace and the gift to share the yogic lifestyle with others.

Upaya Yoga is a great resource for anyone looking to improve their body and mind. It was one of the most beautiful and fulfilling experiences I have had so far. They have great yoga teacher training courses which increase your overall well being.
