Day 2 – Yoga & Nature
Morning yoga flow class and healthy brunch.
Guided nature walk to explore the local area.
Afternoon leisure or optional treatments (Reflexology, Reiki, Massage).
Evening Yin and restorative yoga, followed by dinner.
Day 3 – Pilates & Creative Workshop
Morning Pilates mat class and brunch.
Afternoon art therapy workshop: intuitive painting/collage for emotional release.
Evening meal and Yoga Nidra for sleep.
Day 4 – Yoga & Relaxation
Morning yoga flow class and brunch.
Afternoon free time or optional treatments.
Evening gentle Yin yoga for stress release, followed by dinner.
Day 5 – Pilates & Nutrition
Morning Pilates mat class with small equipment and brunch.
Nutrition workshop: “Food and Mood.”
Farewell evening meal.
Day 6 – Departure
