This retreat has been curated to hold & facilitate your healing journey with the spaciousness required for a deep unfoldment & catharsis in mind
Through the 8 days you will be guided through a carefully designed journey with different themes to walk with each day. You can see your journey through the retreat as painting a story, your story that is woven with each theme & with each theme bringing forth it’s own energy & intention

8 Days is a beautiful scope of time to allow the mind & nervous system to rest from the pressures of our modern world whilst allowing true metamorphosis to occur

The rhythm of the retreat is very gentle
We begin by easing slowly & mindfully into the container. We prepare diligently for the the peak experiences of the ceremonies which are then followed by restful integration practices & workshops to ensure you feel comfortable & at ease at all times
We move away from intensity & trying to make something happen towards resting into receptivity in full trust of the transformative capacity of being held within a safe & loving container
We walk away from the concept of having to do more to create change & instead trust in the deep wisdom of the body & psyche working with the medicines & container. The medicine works in layers when given time & in conjunction with a rested, unwinding nervous system, truly deep & meaningful things can occur

Many people experience profound realisations & shifts concerning themselves, the nature of life & the nature of the Divine. Often a deeper connection with self can occur resulting in greater feelings of connection & love with family, friends, nature & life

The container may also facilitate a first step towards or deeper resolution of past trauma. Our team are trauma informed & trained to work with delicacy, care, compassion & respect for your process
There is no obligation in any way to share anything that you do not feel comfortable sharing however if you feel it supportive we are on hand to hold with love, non judgement & the strictest of confidentiality in the sharing
You will be supported & held through the journey & invited into a journaling practice which can be a deeply profound experience helping to facilitate the integration of the works

Help is very much on hand from start to finish with daily 121 check ins with our team available to assist at any time outside of this

As there is also a strong focus on health within the body you will walk away feeling balanced, regulated & with a largely elevated & very felt sense of health & wellbeing
If you are suffering from pain then we may well be able to help throughout the course of the retreat
Our team comprises two CHEK practitioners who are pain specialists & holistic health practitioners with over 38 years combined experience working with complex pain & health challenges. We also have an expert team of bodyworkers practicing a number of different modalities. If you are suffering from pain then we may well be able to help throughout the course of the retreat

Following your departure our journey does not end!
We offer post integration online calls to continue any threads that you may wish to explore further following the retreat or if you would like to just reconnect with the loving tribe formed through the retreat then this is a great space for that reconnection
