3.00 pm: Start of the retreat. Arrival at the chalet, settling in.
4.00 pm: Yoga – Opening session.
To introduce ourselves and present your programme for the week. First gentle practice to round off the day.
6.30 pm: A delicious and balanced dinner.
*Days 2, 4 and 6 | Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday - Putting together your stress-relief kit
08.30am: Yoga – an energising session. Wake up your body to prepare your senses for adventure.
10.30 am: Generous brunch.
12.30 pm: Workshops – burnout prevention and stress management.
Three 1-hour workshops to discover and practise Do In self-massage, as well as breathing techniques, cardiac coherence and Pranayama – powerful tools for managing stress easily and avoiding burnout.
1:30 pm: Let-go activities
Shiatsu, 60-minute treatment by appointment. Limited places, at an additional cost / Relaxation at the Châtel aquatic centre / A moment of calm and relaxation at the chalet (sauna, jacuzzi, unwinding)
4.30 pm: Yoga – gentle practice / guided meditation. A return to calm to process the day’s emotions.
6.30 pm: A delicious and balanced dinner.
*Day 3–5 | Monday, Wednesday - Immersion in nature
08.30am: Yoga – an energising session. Wake up the body to prepare the senses for adventure.
10.30 am: Generous brunch.
Outdoor activities – easy hike
High-altitude walk to Lake Conche from the chalet or via the Super Châtel cable car
High-altitude walk to Lac de la Mouille after taking the Super Châtel cable car
Relaxation activities
