About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Aegialis School of Yoga welcomes you to explore your yoga journey and deepen your yoga knowledge with this 100-hour yoga training at one of the most famous yoga destinations in the world. Established in its high end yoga facilities and being a top yoga and meditation retreat destination, this is an amazing opportunity to expand your yoga knowledge and asana practice on Amorgos Island, known for its high terrestrial magnetism and peaceful energy.

If you are curious about teacher training but not ready for a full 200 hours, the 100 hours format is a good place to start.

You will experience the same approach to practice and learning as in the 200 hours training, in a shorter format. It is suited to practitioners who want to go beyond regular classes, refine their practice, or explore yoga from the inside without committing to a full certification.

The training includes daily practices, breathwork, meditation, posture exploration, and theoretical foundations, with a strong focus on awareness, alignment, and intelligent movement.

You will learn the basics of applied anatomy and physiology and how to work with the modern body, as well as philosophy, in order to reflect, question, and find direction and purpose in times of disconnection.
