Morning Sunrise Practice
We gather in silence for meditation and open the day with ceremonial cacao, welcoming the rising sun together. approx. 06:20 AM
This is followed by guided breath awareness and a grounding Yoga or Pilates practice.
This shared ritual cultivates presence, discipline, and inner stability - the foundation of embodied leadership.
After the morning practice, there is time to shower and prepare for the day before we come together for breakfast.
We then share a nourishing plant-based breakfast, prepared by our private chef.
Late Morning Teaching & Workshops
After breakfast, there is a short period of free time before we begin the deeper work of the day.
Late mornings are devoted to workshops, teachings, or guided experiences, led by Velta, Ilze and guest facilitators. These sessions are designed to support personal insight, emotional integration, and expanded awareness.
Midday Practice & Lunch
Following the workshop, we take a short pause before moving into the daily practice session (such as breathwork, Reiki, ceremony, or other experiential work).
After the practice, we gather for a nourishing plant-based lunch, again prepared by our chef.
Afternoon Integration & Free Time
Afternoons are intentionally spacious.
This time is available for rest, integration, reflection, or private conversationsYou are welcome to explore the surroundings - ride bikes, swim in nearby cenotes, relax at the beach, sunbathe, enjoy the pickleball court, or take part in other activities available within the retreat space, the beach area, or the city.
These open hours allow the body and nervous system to integrate the work of the day.
Evening Connection & Ceremony
Evenings are designed for relaxation and connection. You can enjoy free time, gather for dinner together in the villa or at a nearby restaurant, and simply unwind in a peaceful, restorative atmosphere.
Each day is designed with space, rhythm, and care, allowing transformation to unfold naturally.
To support the body’s natural rhythm and prepare for our sunrise gatherings, we gently encourage you to wind down and be in bed around 10:00 PM.
Days 1 - 2 | Opening: The Waters
We begin in water.
Our first two nights are spent at a private villa by sacred cenotes - ancient, crystal-clear freshwater pools revered for their healing, cleansing, and restorative properties. Immersing in these waters supports emotional release, energetic renewal, and deep connection with self and nature, creating the perfect opening for your transformative journey.
Day 1 | Arrival & Opening @3pm
After arrival and a light welcome meal, we open the container with a grounding circle and intention setting.
In the evening, we enter a guided breathwork journey held in a cave by the cenote. This session is designed to gently access deeper emotional layers and begin releasing unconscious patterns.
The night closes with dinner in silence to allow integration.
Purpose:
To open the space and soften the protective identities that no longer serve.
Day 2 | Purification & Reset
The day begins with sunrise meditation.
Late morning, we immerse in private cenote waters - a quiet, powerful experience of reflection and grounding.
In the afternoon, we explore core relational and behavioral patterns through structured workshop processes.
In the evening, we enter a traditional TEMAZCAL ceremony - a sacred sweat lodge ritual symbolizing purification and rebirth.
Purpose:
To release emotional baggage and reset the nervous system before rebuilding.
Days 3 - 5 | Reconstruction: The Jungle
We move to a jungle sanctuary situated between the beach and the city, surrounded by lush nature. Here, the focus shifts from release to embodiment, allowing insights from the first days to settle into the body.

During these days, the program combines movement, workshops, and guided practices that support integration and deeper self-awareness. You will also have time to explore the area between the beach and the city. Bikes are available, allowing you to move easily and discover the surroundings at your own pace.
The program includes a Reiki workshop with guided practice, offering both learning and direct experience with energy work.
A breathwork session during the full moon creates a powerful space for reflection, release, and deeper personal insight.
One morning, we will take a boat trip to a beautiful lagoon, an extraordinary natural place where we connect with the elements of earth and water while experiencing the quiet beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Purpose:
This phase works with the element of Earth - the stage of rebuilding and stabilization.
To rebuild identity from clarity rather than conditioning, strengthen inner authority and personal boundaries, and transform insights into embodied capacity and practical self-mastery.
Days 6 - 9 | Expansion The Caribbean Sea
Our final four nights are spent by the Caribbean coast.
The final days of the retreat unfold by the sea, a space that represents openness, expansion, and forward movement. After the deeper inner work of the previous phases, this stage allows everything to settle, integrate, and stabilize.
Morning meditation and Pilates now feel different - steadier, deeper, and more grounded as the body begins to embody the transformation that has taken place.
During these days, you will experience a balanced rhythm of practice, exploration, and integration. Time by the sea offers space for sunbathing, rest, and reflection, while the program includes Pilates, breathwork, a Reiki workshop with guided practice, and sound healing - all designed to support relaxation, deeper awareness, and nervous system balance.
One of the days is intentionally left open as a free day, allowing you to rest, explore, or simply enjoy the surroundings at your own pace.
We will also take a special excursion to Chichén Itzá, one of the most powerful ancient Mayan sites, connecting with the deeper history and energy of the land.
The retreat concludes with a closing evening, where the group gathers to acknowledge the journey and the transformation that has unfolded.
The final morning is a gentle goodbye and departure, allowing space to leave with clarity and calm presence.
Purpose: To anchor sovereignty into daily life - not as inspiration, but as lived stability.

Throughout the week:
Daily plant-based meals are prepared by a private chef using fresh, local ingredients. All villas include a fully equipped kitchen for simple personal meal preparation if desired. Time is intentionally built in for rest, swimming, journaling, solitude, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings.This immersion is designed to support your nervous system - not overload it.
