About this Retreat
Yogacharya Bhuwan Chandra, a native of the Greater Himalayas, began his journey with sound as a classical Indian musician. Over time, music revealed itself not only as an art form, but as a pathway inward — connecting vibration, awareness, and the subtle workings of the human system.
With a master’s degree in Yoga from the Uttaranchal Sanskrit University (Haridwar campus), his exploration naturally deepened into Nada Yoga — the yogic science of sound. Years of practice, performance, and teaching helped shape an understanding of how sound interacts with the body, mind, and chakra system.
Today, his work stands at the meeting point of music and yoga — using sound not for performance alone, but as a meditative and transformative tool that guides practitioners toward balance, clarity, and inner stillness.
