Pilates & Somatic Anti-Stress Retreat
Step away from daily pressure and immerse yourself in a restorative retreat designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with your body. This unique wellness experience combines gentle Pilates, somatic movement, breathwork, relaxation practices, and mindful living in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Through slow, intentional movement and guided body awareness techniques, you will improve posture, mobility, and inner balance while reducing stress and mental fatigue. Each session is created to help you feel grounded, relaxed, and deeply renewed — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

DAY 1 — ARRIVAL & RESET
