Women’s Somatic Retreat — Marrakech
26–30 May 2026

Held in the Red City of Marrakech, this small and intimate retreat invites you to pause, rest, and gently reconnect with yourself.

Over four nights, you’ll be part of a supportive circle of women, sharing space for stillness, movement, reflection, and meaningful human connection. This is not about performance or pressure, but about coming back to the body in a way that feels accessible, safe, and real.

Each day offers gentle somatic movement practices, guided reflection, and time to simply be — whether that’s resting in the riad, journaling in a quiet corner, or sharing conversation over mint tea as the sun sets.

Alongside the retreat space, there will be the opportunity to experience the richness of Marrakech — from a guided stroll through the souk to optional cultural experiences, all held lightly and without obligation.

This retreat is intentionally small (6 women), allowing for a more personal and grounded experience where you can feel seen, supported, and at ease.

You don’t need any prior experience — just a willingness to arrive as you are.

So wherever you are, however you are, you are warmly welcome.

Schedule

Movement sessions take place in thoughtfully held spaces within the riad, adapted to support rest, reflection, and embodied creative practice.

Each day unfolds at a gentle, spacious pace—balancing guided somatic movement, creative exploration, and time to simply be.

Mornings begin with grounding movement and breath-led practices to awaken the body and settle the nervous system. These sessions invite you to reconnect inwardly, moving with awareness, curiosity, and care.

Following a nourishing breakfast, there is time to rest, journal, explore the local surroundings, or enjoy quiet moments within the riad.

Afternoon sessions open into more expressive and creative practices—where movement, drawing, and reflection weave together as a way of listening more deeply to yourself.

Evenings are soft and spacious, with shared meals, conversation, and moments of stillness. There is no pressure to perform or achieve—only an invitation to arrive as you are.

Throughout the retreat, there is a natural rhythm of movement and rest, connection and solitude—supporting a return to your own pace, your own body, and your own way of being.
