This retreat is a sacred opportunity to cleanse and reset, not through fasting, but through silence and nourishment. You’ll be fully supported with wholesome, healing meals while giving your body and mind space to breathe.

Each day, we’ll move together, breathe deeply, sit in stillness, and integrate the quiet. You’ll also be guided through meditation and journaling, allowing time to reflect and listen within.
