Kamari Green is a mixed media artist and founder of 983 Studio, where creativity and self-expression are at the center of her work.
Her journey into art began during a challenging season, when painting was introduced as a way to relax and process. What started as a simple creative outlet quickly became a deeply meaningful practice—one that sparked both healing and joy.
As she explored mixed media, experimenting with color and texture, her passion grew into something she wanted to share. Inspired by her son’s question about what she would do with her growing collection of artwork, 983 Studio was born.
Named after her grandmother’s home, 983 reflects a sense of warmth, connection, and belonging—feelings Kamari now brings into both her art and the creative experiences she offers.
Through her work and retreats, she invites others to slow down, explore, and reconnect with themselves through creativity.
