Our work is direct to individual needs, everyone from begginers to more experienced people are checked and recieve what they need during their experience with us. We work with fair trade with our shamans, we are against the medicine and indigenous knowledge explotation and we promote the healing with master plants to help the work of Ayahuasca.
My name is Oscar, and I have been working with plant medicine for 14 years. I learned about this path through my spiritual grandfather in the Amazon jungle of Peru, who taught me the significance of plant diets and granted me permission to share this knowledge.
In tradition, Ayahuasca is a powerful plant that fosters harmonious relationships with all living beings—people, animals, and plants. It helps us understand how to nurture our connections and release negative energy, enabling us to improve coexistence in every aspect of our lives. Ayahuasca provides the spiritual strength to overcome detrimental habits that lead to anxiety and sadness, cleansing the body of negativity accumulated over time. It offers focus and clarity, teaching us how to address our challenges.
This ceremony welcomes everyone: families, those with clarity and those seeking it; the sick and the healthy; the faithful and the doubtful. Medicine is a living spirit, the true healer. My role is to facilitate the work of this grandmother healer by harmonizing the space and nurturing the energy of each participant. You don’t need to have a clear intention or expectations—simply come with an open heart, trusting that this experience will bring positive change to your life and those around you.
I am Konstantin and I certified circling facilitator and coach. I facilitate transformational connection events offline and online and do one on one coaching sessions. I work closely with plant medicine and organisations that brings indigenous people traditions and wisdom from a jungle to the western world. I find circling as a beautiful tool to integrate plant medicine experience in the day to day life.
I lead mantra singing circles where I encourage others to get in touch with their inner voice and feelings.
Central skill to any of my offerings is practice of holding space, a term that encapsulates the art of creating a supportive container for individuals to explore their inner world.

A Deeply Transformational Journey – With My Highest Recommendations
I had the profound honor of participating in two deeply transformative retreats guided by Naysha and her extraordinary team – a Wachuma (San Pedro) retreat and an Ayahuasca retreat. These two weeks were truly life-changing.
From the very beginning, the space held by Naysha and her team felt safe, grounded, and filled with love. Their presence was intuitive and strong, yet always gentle and non-intrusive. You could truly be yourself – fully seen, fully held, and fully supported. It felt like being welcomed into a soulful family.
The location itself was a sanctuary – gentle, nurturing, and rich with natural beauty. A stream of water whispered nearby, flowers bloomed everywhere, and the bonfire gatherings added warmth and depth to our journey. Every detail, from the organic flow of the program to the incredibly generous and delicious food, was deeply aligned with the heart-centered intention of the work.
Both retreats were beautifully organized yet unfolded in a way that felt so natural and intuitive. Nothing was forced. Everything was guided with deep respect for the medicine and the individual journeys of each participant.
Naysha holds a rare gift – her leadership is rooted in spirit, compassion, and clarity. With her guidance, I was able to go through intense inner work on many levels. I released old pain, reconnected with parts of myself I had forgotten, and came out feeling renewed – more whole, more grounded, more free.
These retreats were not just experiences; they were sacred rites of passage. I am deeply grateful to Naysha and her team for holding me – and all of us – through such powerful, heart-opening transformations.
With all my heart, I offer my highest recommendation to anyone called to walk this path. If you are ready to meet yourself deeply, in truth and love, this is the place.

In-depth experience in safe hands
The whole weekend was very well organized and in my opinion very authentic. It was the first psychedelic experience for me and I always felt in safe hands and surrounded by very kind, heartwarming people. Oscar and Naysha constantly accompanied us during the ceremonies with the most beautiful music which created a wonderful atmosphere. As a vegan, I always had a good choice of food and the location in the Swiss Alps was simply breathtaking. For me it was truly a profound experience that taught me to open my heart and love not only myself but also the others around me, no matter what they think, say or do.

Extraordinary experience
The joy and life force I've been experiencing since the retreat are intense and heartwarming. I felt beautifully held throughout the process by the incredible team of Naysha, their presence was strong, caring and uplifting. I'm also infinitely grateful for our wonderful group of participants, we were supported and held by each other, the group energy was beautiful. The venue and the food were worthy for an experience like this. This retreat was essential for my journey of self-discovery, as I've been running the same circles for many years and I felt stuck before this experience. I genuinely can't wait for the next retreat and to dive deep into the unknown again. My heart is bursting with infinite gratitude and respect towards Naysha, her team and our group.
