COHERENCE is a 3-day immersive retreat set along the creek in Sedona, designed to help you slow down, reconnect and return to a more intentional way of living. Limited to a small group of just 10 guests, the experience is intentionally intimate, allowing for depth, presence and meaningful connection.

Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be guided through a thoughtful blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound. These practices are balanced with unstructured time to rest, reflect, and spend time in nature, creating space engage in and integrate the work.

Each day follows a natural rhythm. Mornings begin with grounding practices to steady attention and bring awareness into the body. Midday offers space for rest, time by the creek, or quiet reflection. Afternoons and evenings deepen into embodiment work, breathwork, and immersive sound experiences designed to support emotional release clarity, and a shift in perspective.

This retreat is for those who feel the need to step out of their current pace, move beyond patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with something more steady and aligned. It is not about escape, but about creating the conditions for real change through presence, environment and intentional practice.

Directions

Either fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (Phoenix, AZ 2 hours) or Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (Flagstaff, AZ 45 minutes). Rental car or there are shuttle services available from the airport at attendee expense. We can make shuttle arrangements for you.

Accommodation

Accommodations for the retreat are spread across a small number of shared cabins at Briar Patch Inn, offering a balance of comfort, privacy, and connection to the surrounding natural setting. Options include: Shared Twin Room — $1299 Two twin beds in a shared room. A simple and more accessible option while still enjoying the full retreat experience. Private Bedroom in Shared Cabin — $1449 to $1549 A private room within a shared cabin, with access to common living spaces. A good balance of privacy and connection. Private Cabin — $2549 A fully private cabin for those wanting their own space throughout the retreat. This option opens based on overall group size and availability. All accommodations include access to the full retreat experience, shared living areas, and the creekside property. Cabins are thoughtfully spaced throughout the grounds, allowing for both quiet personal time and a sense of group connection.
