About this Retreat
work one to one with individuals navigating periods of transition, intensity, or inner reorganization through private, immersive journeys.
My background includes Exercise Physiology and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) certification. At the same time, this work is not defined by credentials alone. It has been shaped through lived experience and years of direct engagement with how thoughts, emotions, and internal processes unfold in real life.
At the core of how I work is a refined intuitive perception. I track what is happening beneath the surface in real time, sensing emotional and energetic dynamics, recognising patterns as they form, and identifying what is shaping the person’s experience from within. These abilities come together as a bridge between what is felt but not yet seen, and what can be consciously recognised and understood.
Each immersion is held in sustained presence. I offer precise, intuitive guidance as emotional and mental patterns are met and decoded in the moment they arise. Rather than analysing from a distance, we work within the experience itself, allowing deeper layers to become visible and accessible.
Through this process, what once felt unclear begins to organise. The person is able to see and experience what has been out of reach, and from there, their internal world begins to shift in a natural and grounded way.
Details of this retreat
This doesn’t take years, it takes seeing clearly.
This retreat offers a space to meet emotional heaviness with presence and understanding. Held in a private one to one setting, it allows what feels distant, closed, or without movement to be explored without pressure or judgment. Through mindful attention, what once felt fixed begins to shift, as clarity gradually returns and a sense of connection to life reemerges.
Over five days in a private villa in Portugal, this retreat supports a profound reset of mind and nervous system. What once felt contracted begins to soften. What felt confusing begins to make sense.
This Retreat is for you if:
You feel weighed down by emotional heaviness and a loss of inner movement.
Energy, motivation, or meaning feel distant, and you sense the need for renewal.
You find yourself in repetitive patterns of thought or withdrawal and want to understand them.
You are moving through grief, uncertainty, or a deeper inner transition.
You long to reconnect with clarity, vitality, and a sense of engagement with life.
You are drawn to a private one to one immersion where emotional states are met through understanding.
You seek more than relief. You seek release and renewal.
By the End of the Release Depression Retreat
Most guests leave with:
A lifting of heaviness, and moments of lightness and ease becoming more frequent.
The ability to breathe fully again - noticing life moving through the body.
Clarity returning where confusion or numbness once lived.
An inner warmth, as emotional responsiveness reawakening gently.
A renewed ability to care for yourself without guilt or resistance.
A sense of quiet purpose and belonging - the feeling of being home within yourself.
Across six intensive sessions, held morning and afternoon, we move through the foundations of mindfulness, the dynamics of emotional states, the impact of communication, and the integration of awareness into daily living.
Each session combines direct experience, guided practice, and structured reflection, allowing insight to emerge not as theory, but as something lived and understood.

What makes this experience stand apart:
• Guidance: Sessions unfold in real time according to your energy and inner state. I read the emotional patterns, subtle tensions, and underlying dynamics shaping how you feel. I reflect them back with clarity, allowing you to recognise what has been driving your experience from within.
• Emotional & energetic decoding: Anxiety is never surface-level; we trace it to its roots in beliefs, fears, and generational patterns.
• Embodiment & nervous system reset: Breath, movement, micro-practices, and body awareness help integrate shifts deeply.
• Nonlinear transformation: Each day adapts to you, allowing breakthroughs impossible in rigid group programs.
During your retreat, you are supported through:
• Private, one-to-one sessions where we work directly with what is happening in you, allowing patterns to become visible and shift
• Guided meditation, Yin Yoga, and emotional decoding practices that support the body and mind in settling and opening
• Restorative rituals that create space for integration and reconnection
• Time to be, without pressure or expectation, allowing your system to recalibrate naturally.
