Across six intensive sessions, held morning and afternoon, we move through the foundations of mindfulness, the dynamics of emotional states, the impact of communication, and the integration of awareness into daily living.

Each session combines direct experience, guided practice, and structured reflection, allowing insight to emerge not as theory, but as something lived and understood.

This five-day private immersion is designed as a concentrated space for understanding how the mind, emotions, and communication patterns shape your experience of life.

Learn the foundations of mindfulness through guided practices that calm the nervous system and anchor awareness.

Session 2: Beliefs & Perception of Reality
Explore how distorted beliefs fuel stress and begin dismantling the patterns that keep the mind in overdrive.

Session 3: Navigating Emotions
Decode the messages behind sadness and other challenging emotions, discovering how to meet them with presence instead of avoidance.

Session 4: Investigating the Causes
Trace depression back to its specific triggers and life patterns, while developing practical strategies for responding with clarity.

Session 5: Mindful Communication
Learn how to communicate from a place of grounded presence, reducing conflict and creating safety in your relationships.

Session 6: Integrating Mindfulness into Daily Life
Combine everything into a sustainable plan, leaving you with tools and practices that last well beyond the retreat.

Accommodation

Honoring the simplicity of the traditional country houses of the Algarve, the century-old farm buildings were renovated to accommodate three independent houses designed to privilege comfort, harmony, light and privacy, fully equipped with the appliances and amenities to ensure the best comfort standards for self-catering holidays.

Surroundings
Tucked away in an unbeatable location, the houses are immersed in a quiet and relaxing 12 ha citrus groves environment, surrounded by carob and olive trees. Traditional elements witnessing old rural practices remain untouched, such as a circular tiled area (EIRA), once used to dry fruits and cereals.


Pateos
Elevated pateos (“açoteias”) were also used in the region to dry fruits and seeds. Traditional açoteias were kept, each house accommodating a private terrace with astonishing
