Jyoti Sharma, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and licensed facilitator based in Colorado. She is the founder of Rooted Therapeutics and Wellness and co-founder of Safar Healing Center, where she supports the development of ethical, trauma-informed, and community-centered healing spaces. Her work bridges mental health and integrative wellness, with a focus on creating environments that prioritize empowerment and authenticity through meaningful human connection.
Jyoti has experience supporting individuals navigating diverse mental health experiences like anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and life transitions, Jyoti brings a grounded and compassionate approach to facilitation. She is passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves, build supportive community, and explore healing through intentional experiences rooted in integration.
