Details of this retreat

The Master Plant Dieta is one of the oldest healing traditions of the Shipibo people.

Over the course of 10 days, you will work with a master plant chosen by the healers according to your intentions. Throughout the process, you will also take part in ayahuasca ceremonies, receive traditional Shipibo healing through icaros, medicinal plant baths, steam baths, and other ancestral practices that support your journey.

Unlike a retreat, a dieta is a quieter and more personal experience. It involves periods of solitude, a simple diet, and a deeper commitment to the process, creating the space to build a relationship with the master plant and with yourself.

This is a path for those who feel called to slow down, listen, and immerse themselves in the wisdom of the Amazon under the guidance of our Shipibo healers.

Aya Nete has been welcoming guests for 7 years, working closely with Shipibo healers whose families have carried this tradition for generations. Together, we have supported 200 participants through retreats and master plant dietas, always keeping our groups intentionally small to ensure each person receives individual attention and care.

Our main offerings are small-group Ayahuasca retreats and traditional Master Plant Dietas. We also offer one-on-one guidance before and after the experience to help participants prepare for their journey and integrate what they have learned. While ceremonies are held in a group setting, each person's healing process is approached as an individual journey under the guidance of the Shipibo healers.
