About this Retreat
After years of living nomadically around the world, Caleb recently found home in the Sacred Valley of Peru and now spends much of his life focused on creating spaces for healing, transformation, and helping people reconnect with who they truly are.
His own healing journey led him into working with sacred medicines over three years ago, where he developed a deep respect for the power these experiences can have when held with intention, integrity, and care.
Caleb works as a regression hypnotherapist and also practices Vedic massage and energy healing. As a musician and singer-songwriter, he has a deep love for meaningful conversation and helping people better understand themselves through honest reflection, connection, and creative expression.
He brings heart, authenticity, grounded presence, and a spirit of sacred play to every space he helps create.
For more than twelve years, Theo has dedicated his life to facilitating sacred medicine retreats and supporting others through profound healing and transformation. In recent years, he helped manage Arkana Retreat Center, where he played an integral role in guiding retreat experiences and walking alongside countless individuals on their healing journeys.
Theo feels a deep calling to work with Huachuma and is known for his calm, grounded presence and his ability to help create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. He approaches every retreat with humility, integrity, and deep respect for the medicines and the transformative process they invite.
Beyond his work in retreat settings, Theo is a devoted father, accomplished painter, and lifelong musician whose creativity and compassion naturally infuse the spaces he helps hold.
Details of this retreat
There comes a point in a man's life when the strategies that once helped him survive no longer help him thrive. The constant pressure to perform, provide, and carry everything alone begins to lose its grip, and something inside starts asking for attention. A deeper truth. A steadier presence. A return to who you have always been beneath the expectations, distractions, and conditioning.
This retreat was created for men who are ready to answer that call. Men who are ready to do the work.
Set in the breathtaking Sacred Valley of Peru, this immersive seven day experience combines ancient plant medicine traditions with modern approaches to healing and personal growth. Through brotherhood, connection, Ayahuasca, Kambo, Bufo, Huachuma, other plant medicines, breathwork, yoga, Human Design, ceremony, adventure, and time in nature, we create an environment where genuine transformation can unfold.
This is not about collecting spiritual experiences or chasing peak moments. Every element of the retreat has been intentionally chosen to support lasting change. We believe transformation happens through preparation, presence, integration, and the courage to show up honestly with yourself.
At the heart of this experience is brotherhood. There is something profoundly healing about sitting in a circle of men who are willing to drop the masks, speak honestly, and support one another without judgment. We walk beside one another, not as men who have life figured out, but as men committed to doing the work together. "We'll Figure It Out" is more than the name of our retreat. It is the foundation of how we show up for ourselves and each other.
Your journey begins before you arrive. Every participant receives two private preparation sessions, including a personalized Human Design reading, to help you enter the retreat with clarity and intention. Following the retreat, you'll receive three one on one integration coaching sessions because we believe the most important work begins when you return home. Research suggests that psychedelic experiences can temporarily increase neuroplasticity, creating an opportunity for new patterns to take root. Our commitment is to help you turn profound experiences into meaningful and lasting transformation.
If you feel something inside you calling for more honesty, more freedom, deeper connection, and a clearer sense of purpose, this retreat may be exactly where that journey begins.
