Noelle Croner

Noelle (also known as NoNo) is an ALL-IN type of person. She lives her life that way, she teaches her classes that way and has dedicated her life to sharing her passions. Prior to moving to Dubai and stepping into the fitness scene full-time, NoNo had an extensive career spanning over 17-years as a professional performer and dancer, working globally with world-renowned directors, producers and top-production shows. Having performed over 6,000 shows, countless events, recovering from injuries and rehabilitating after surgeries, NoNo has needed to keep her body in the best condition possible. Outside of the glitz and glam, it was in the darker moments, that NoNo discovered a deep appreciation for her body and the truth in - movement is medicine. Noelle is a grateful student and lover of yoga. She is marvelled by the human body and this is reflected in her teaching methods. Her classes are strong and smart. She weaves information throughout each class to encourage intelligent and intentional movement. She creates a safe space to move your body, no matter where you are in your yoga practice. NoNo will guide you through a carefully curated experience to promote curiosity, connection and inspiration. She believes in the power of an active lifestyle and that taking care of yourself should be enjoyable. She is also a dog lover and travel addict, who supports funky hair styles, eats peanut butter from the jar and enjoys getting lost in a good book!

Alison, also known as Allie is an energetic nutrition and yoga professional with an outgoing and collaborative spirit. Inspires greatness in others to create a healthy lifestyle by incorporating both aspects of nutrition and yoga. Cross-functional expertise in public health, nutrition education, and a specialization in Vinyasa Yoga principles. Allie currently manages Piloga Studio, a yoga and Pilates studio in Dubai. She has been teaching yoga for approximately 4 years, and recently has become a Lululemon Ambassador for Dubai.

Each day will start and end with a variety of thoughtfully curated sessions. Mornings will gently awaken your body and mind with movement or breathwork, followed by a yoga flow or our signature Barre Burn to energize and empower you for the day ahead.

Afternoons are all yours—take this time to disconnect from daily stresses and reconnect with your inner peace. Whether you explore the beauty of your surroundings, rest by the pool, or simply savor the stillness, this is your time to embrace comfort, health, and relaxation for your body and mind.

As the day winds down, you’ll return to the mat for an evening of mindful movement and reflection, culminating in a deeply restorative YINlicious session to leave you feeling calm, balanced, and completely renewed.

Directions

Can Vital is just outside Barcelona, nestled in the charming village of Mediona.

It is located approximately 67 kilometers (42 miles) southwest of Barcelona.

If you're driving, you can usually make the trip in about an hour, depending on how traffic's flowing.

Public transport like trains or buses might take around 1.5 to 2 hours or so.

RECOMMENDED FLIGHT ARRANGEMENT

We recommend flying to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN).

From the airport, you have various options to reach Barcelona city center:* Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminals and can take you directly to your destination in Barcelona. The journey takes around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

*Airport Shuttle: Aerobús is a convenient shuttle service that runs between the airport and Barcelona city center. It operates frequently and stops at key locations in the city.

*Train: The RENFE train service connects the airport to Barcelona's main train stations, including Barcelona Sants and Passeig de Gràcia. The journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes.

*Metro: Barcelona Metro Line 9 Sud connects the airport to various metro stations in the city. You can transfer to other metro lines to reach your final destination.
