Adriana Lecuona

Adriana has 10 years experience as facilitator and session guide for ancestral mexican ceremonies based on traditional gastronomy (cacao, corn, etc.), curative herbs, power plants and bufo alvarius. Before she worked in the hospitality business all around Mexico, especially in spa and wellness. Together with her husband, Alfonso, they have been following power plants maestros since 15 years ago, gradually gathering experience as assistants and practitioners. They are full-time and professionally dedicated to this path, where the resident location is Riviera Maya but also travel all around Mexico to perform sessions and as guests for retreats and events.

Rene Ixchan

Rene is a Mexican hierbatero and healer with 16 years experience as facilitator and guide for ancestral power plants, curative herbs and bufo alvarius. He is specialized in integrating the ceremonial aspect with programs of nutrition and microdosing, an expert in preparations for personalized plans and treatments for cancer and tumors. He guided for many years ceremonies with sound healin in Teotihuacan and now collaborates full time with XG in Riviera Maya.

Agustina Ser

Agustina is qualified as psycho-therapist, sound-therapist and experienced specialist with use and integration of plant medicine, in South America and Mexico. " My purpose is to contribute to the creation of a new humanity, more conscious and free. My grain of sand is oriented and focused on providing self-awareness and self-healing tools. Management and understanding of the emotional body based on the other bodies. In order to achieve harmony and balance between our different elements or different functions. Identify our physical body, our emotions, thoughts, and our capacity for action. I have studied psychology in the conventional academic format and various integral healing techniques such as Reiki, Bach Flower Therapy, gem therapy, auriculotherapy, and millenary knowledge such as Tarot, Tantra, and Jung's investigations such as the Collective Unconscious, the Archetypes, the process of individuation, etc. I have been in the process of self-knowledge through ancestral medicines for more than 7 years, both personally and sharing. I was also trained as a therapist in Emotional Integration at the EI School founded by the teacher Shivagam, a school of Buddhist tradition of the Mahajvira. Everything investigated led me to understand that we are beings created in the image and likeness of the creator, of the divine universal source, of God (according to your beliefs) and that our being contains all universal knowledge, we just have to remember it. There is a direct relationship between the microcosm and the macrocosm, there are holographic patterns and an anatomy that maintains a correspondence (what is inside is outside, what is above is below). We are a channel between heaven and earth. We come to experience wholeness through this incarnation on earth. And through the tools that our Mother Earth offers us is that we will remember it. All the tools that I share are from the intention of unity, love and truth"

What is a peyote ceremony like?
Introductory talk about explanation of the ceremony and the medicines available and get to know you .
Preparation and dosage of the medicine.
Our Shaman will lead the experience with Music, Chanting, singing, praying, and drumming.
There is also quiet time for personal reflection.

What is Peyote?
Peyote is a curious succulent revered by Native Americans for its mystical powers and its ability to heal wounded souls. This cactus is rich in the psychoactive substance mescaline.

Depending on the potency of the medicine, Peyote can produce visions and dream-like states. It is during these experiences that many users have received valuable lessons, guidance, clarity, breakthroughs, healing, and awareness of their divinity. People attending ceremonies have reported meeting their spirit guides, ancestors, and otherworldly beings who helped them in some way. Many users will experience bliss-like states, heightened senses, waves of emotions, and a sense of being connected with all life.

Prepping:
Diet care: ideally from at least 3 days prior, vegetarian or avoiding coffee, salt, sugar, spices, junk food and red meat. Plain chicken or fish are ok. Olive oil is ok.
No alcohol or smoke. The ideal prep improves the intensity and work of the medicine, and also the physical impact. It does not put you at risk, if you are not perfectly virtuous, perhaps you can feel more stuck when purging (throwing up) and the ayahuasca's energy is deviated on your physical restoration instead of a more profound spiritual journey. The healing spectrum is 360º but some give at that moment more focus in reaching the breakthrough emotionally/spiritually instead of physical healing so take the diet seriously.

Things to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and bring an extra change of clothes, this just in case you need them. Also you may bring flowers as offering, seeds or nuts, like almonds. The offer is given to Paxamama (Mother Earth).

We will also provide: blanket, comforter to lay and rest on, pillow, toilet paper, mosquito repellent and a glass candle, water and fruit for after the session.

Half-Day Event without lodging (lodging is extra)
Program of Events:
Arrival to site around 8-8.30am and brief walk around the premises to visit the beautiful paradisiacal garden and private park.
At 7am preparation time with teacher: immerse in relaxing your body and mind by breathing and finding a comfortable posture on the garden turf.
Around 7.30am we are ready to initiate the Peyote Experience.
For beginners, the process will be closely instructed by session guide. However, with everyone, the process will be closely monitored.
The experience effect is approximately 8 to 10 hours.
You will be immersed in a non-intruding and soft live soundscape of melodies performed with natural seed and chime instruments, delicate chants and background music.
Around 14.30am "soft landing" and integration of participants back from the experience. We offer fruits or water and there is time to swim in the cenote.
Session can start also in the afternoon or night time.
* You may reach the site with your own vehicle. Upon request, we can offer pick-up also for Tulum or Cancún.

I had a great experience. René has a way of making you feel safe. I thought he was talented, knowledgeable and we got to do small recaps of the end ceremonies each night which really help me get settled in for the night. The medicine itself is amazing. There really are no words to describe what happens when you connect with Mother. The way she brings you to these places youve been avoiding and saying focus here my love. And its like youre abundantly aware this pattern is a problem and its waiting on you to fix it. Waiting on you to accept it and be gentle with yourself. I definitely got to embrace one of my biggest fears with love and kindness. The instruments René played really helped connect to spirit. He had this one chime instrument that I swear transported me to another life. All of the instruments did honestly. Different parts of my life. It wasnt like a dream but more like memories I had long forgot. I dont have the words to describe the way it feels to have those memores again. Besides deeply grateful. The medicine is gentle so if you think youre not ready thats you being mean to yourself. If youre reading this youre ready.

My only suggestion is they leave you with some kind of machete in the hut. A poisonous snake tried to come in my hut but I used pots and pans to scare it away. Had it gotten inside there is no way of really protecting yourself especially if you're solo. So maybe bring your own? Or maybe dig deep as I had to and face it head on. Not sure on that one lol but I enjoyed myself regardless.

Bufo experience

To start off the the jungle atmosphere was amazing. My shaman, Renee was amazing, and i felt safe and in good hands the entire time. I used bufo to cap my recent ibogaine treatment, and i feel amzing. Id say the old me is back, but i cant ever remember feeling this great. So lets say the new me is here, and ready to face life head-on. Plant medication is a miracle, its not always easy. But anything worth doing rarely is.
