Maurice serves as both a facilitator and a vessel for consciousness and sound, with a rare ability to create deeply intuitive and energetically precise spaces. Working with the sacred mushroom in ceremony, he helps you open a direct connection to a higher intelligence, moving beyond the sense of separation and anchoring into the deep well of creation itself. Through this meeting, he holds a resonance field where distortions dissolve, and clarity and embodiment unfold naturally.

Embodiment & Psychedelic Integration Coach
Kasia Patzelt is an Embodiment/Integration Coach and Artist. She brings with her 18 years of working with people through bodywork, breathwork, meditation, trauma release and coaching. Her own experiences with psychedelics have taught her that the key to healing and transformation is in the integration process and the ability to find safety with others. If we can’t bring our hard-won insights into our relationships (with self, other and beyond), then what’s it all for anyway? Her passion is the intelligence of the body and the dance between mind and heart. And how that magic expresses itself creatively into the world.

A soul embodiment weekend, wholly devoted to you, or to the two of you.
Known around the world as the sacred mushroom ceremony. Here in the Netherlands we sit with the Niños Santos in their lawful form, the sacred truffle (sclerotia). The same spirit and the same lineage, held safely and legally.
A deeply personal three-day private retreat in the quiet countryside of Gelderland, guided by Maurice Spees, shamanic voice alchemist and SoulTuner®, together with Kasia Patzelt, embodiment coach and breathwork facilitator. For four days, from arrival to departure, we are both fully devoted to your journey and your integration. A safe, intimate space for deep rest and nervous-system restoration, where the whole body is invited to remember. Held for one, or for two as a couple.

A shamanic ceremony, held in the ancient way
Before anything begins, we honour the ancestors, the land and the spirit of this place, the spirit of the medicine, and your own spirit. All our relations are called into the space: the trees, the waters, the animals, and those who walked this path before us. Held this way, the space becomes safe enough for you to truly land, and to meet the divine within you and around you.
The ceremony is held in a private wooden sanctuary, a house standing on its own at the entrance of the woods. A private path leads straight into the forest, so during your journey you can step into nature whenever you feel called.
The journey
Day one, arrival and breathwork
We collect you from Zutphen station and your retreat begins straight away. Kasia guides you through a personalised embodiment breathwork session that opens the body and prepares your system for the journey ahead. A nourishing welcome dinner, then rest.
Day two, the ceremony
We begin at the sanctuary at 10:30, with an optional cacao and blue lotus opening. Then the journey with the sacred truffle, carried by Maurice's live voice and sacred acoustic instruments, sung and played in the moment, in the spirit of the icaros and the Mazatec velada. The voice becomes a bridge, meeting you in ancestral memory and the deeper layers of your being. The truffle deepens your receptivity to what it reveals and draws you further into the body. Fruit is close by along the way, around 18:00 we share a grounding vegetarian dinner, and around 19:30 we close the day together.
Day three, integration and embodiment
A full day devoted to integration. An integration walk and talk, embodiment coaching with Kasia, and practices for breath and for truly becoming embodied in yourself, a form of soul guidance you take home with you. If you feel called to explore your voice, a voice alchemy session with Maurice can be part of this day. Time for the forest, silence and rest.
Day four, the body as your instrument
A grounding deep-tissue release massage, and continued support in embodying your journey, knowing your body as your instrument. If you wish, Kasia can also offer an Acutomo needling treatment. With closing reflection and gentle guidance for the return to daily life, we bring you back to Zutphen station, softer and clearer, deeply connected to your own heart.
Journeying as a couple
When you come together, your relationship receives its own dedicated attention. Alongside the ceremony we hold heart-centred relational work, shaped by years of relational practice, so you meet each other from a settled, open place.
You may journey in individual ceremonies, each with your own sacred space within the container, or as one in a shared ceremonial space. Both paths are fully honoured. Together, Maurice and Kasia hold the field between you with warmth and clarity, so what wants to be seen between you can surface gently and be woven back into how you live and love.

Retreat or ceremony?
The ceremony on its own is the journey itself, held by Maurice: arrival, the ceremony day, an integration walk and talk, and time alone in a self-catering apartment. This retreat is a soul embodiment weekend held by both of us, with sessions every day, meals included, and our full devotion for four days to your journey and your integration. That is why the contribution differs.

Your safety
Every retreat begins with a call where we look carefully at your health and any medication. Psilocybin works on the same system as most antidepressants, and lithium and psilocybin together can cause seizures. It also raises heart rate and blood pressure for a few hours. If you live with a heart condition or high blood pressure, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, this retreat is not your path for now. For at least 24 hours before your ceremony, please leave alcohol, cannabis, other substances and red meat aside. We will tell you plainly when this journey is right for you, and when it is wiser to wait.

About your guides
Maurice Spees, shamanic voice alchemist and SoulTuner®
Maurice has walked with Spirit and the subtle realms since childhood. His lifelong bond with nature shaped his body into a sanctuary, a place where soul and voice became one and allowed him to fully incarnate. Through his voice he becomes an extension of your body and your soul, guiding you with precision and deep safety. He has guided hundreds of people from many cultures. He went to the Sierra Mazateca in Mexico as a student and guest, received permission there to hold these spaces, and honours the Mazatec lineage in reverence for the Niños Santos.
Kasia Patzelt, embodiment, breathwork and relational integration
Kasia brings grounded presence and a deeply nurturing field, with an intuitive understanding of the body. Her work spans trauma-informed breathwork, somatic embodiment work, heart-centred relational work, deep-tissue release, Acutomo needling and nervous-system support. She holds the field between partners with warmth and clarity.
Together, Maurice and Kasia create a field that is warm and deeply human, a sanctuary where transformation unfolds naturally.
