Embodiment & Psychedelic Integration Coach Kasia Patzelt is an Embodiment/Integration Coach and Artist. She brings with her 18 years of working with people through bodywork, breathwork, meditation, trauma release and coaching. Her own experiences with psychedelics have taught her that the key to healing and transformation is in the integration process and the ability to find safety with others. If we can’t bring our hard-won insights into our relationships (with self, other and beyond), then what’s it all for anyway? This retreat can be booked in 4 days during the week as well, but here is the weekend schedule.

FRIDAY:
Arrival in the afternoon.
17:00 Breathwork session
19:00 Dinner
20:30 Private time @ accommodation.

SATURDAY:
Ceremony on empty stomach. No breakfast or coffee. Tea is fine.
10:00: Pick up from accommodation.
11:00: Cacao + blue lotus opening ceremony + stretching
12:00: Medicine ceremony starts, including nature time.
ca. 18:00: a light dinner: Soup, healthy snacks
20:00: Drop off at accommodation for alone time.

SUNDAY:
Morning sleep-in.
Breakfast @ accommodation.
11:00 Morning practice: chi-going, yoga, embodiment.
12:00 Integration talk and sharing with a slow walk in the forest.
13:30 Lunch.
15:00 Alone-time.
18:30 Dinner.
Evening rest.

MONDAY:
Scheduled drop-off at Zutphen train-station.

Journey of healing.

This was our first experience with psilocybin my girlfriend and I. Maurice was very good at guiding through the experience and tuning into the energy. We got to experience ourselves that we might have forgotten or masked behind a lot of anxiety and trauma all through life.
This is a very recommended session that will give you guidance or maybe a glimpse of truth in your life. You might get what you seek with this experience. I know we did!
Also, very delicious soup 😊
