Shakti Kriya: Shakti Kriya, offered by the Art of Living, is a powerful yogic technique designed to deepen the experience of Sudarshan Kriya and meditation, and to tap into the body's innate energy reserves. It involves specific movements and breath work to activate energy centers (chakras) and connect with the "Kundalini Shakti," the subtle life force.
