Jordan Wagman, Culinary Advisor
Meet Dimensions’ Culinary Advisor, James Beard nominated Chef, bestselling author, podcast host, philanthropist, and mental health survivor– Chef Jordan Wagman.
Jordan’s unique culinary journey began over campfires in Northern Ontario and progressed to the kitchens of some of the top chefs in the culinary world.

At the age of 12, Jordan was diagnosed with Psoriasis, an often-debilitating autoimmune disease. He was hospitalized numerous times and took medication that would have lasting negative side effects
Jordan realized at a young age that sunshine was a huge piece to his health puzzle- fast forward to 2014, Jordan found the second piece; a healthy diet. Following one meeting with a naturopath, Jordan removed gluten, dairy and refined sugar from his diet and began consuming cannabis and, almost immediately, his life changed and began living a much healthier existence.

Today, Jordan has a renewed focus on food, health and wellness; Jordan travels the globe offering unique culinary experiences, he is redefining cannabis food and beverage, conceptualizes CPG products, authors books and speaks publicly, advocating for the acceptance of cannabis in everyday treatment of our overall health and wellness.
Naz Arabani, Chef de Cuisine
Dimensions Algonquin Highlands
Born and raised in Rasht, Iran, Chef Naz Arabani was born into a family of cooks and food was very important. Each day they'd gather at 1:30pm for a family lunch, to enjoy one another and exchange stories and anecdotes. Their young palette was taken on so many gastronomic adventures.
Chef studied Art and went to Architecture School. Post graduation, it was clear they wanted to live abroad and have experiences outside of Iran, and, after a long journey and three years in Turkey, they arrived in Toronto in June, 2016.
Naz began working at one of the city’s healthy, quick serve franchises and quickly fell in love creating and found the process of cooking therapeutic - it was then they decided to dive into the restaurant industry and become a culinarian.
Following time spent at Susur Lee and Greta Solomons, both fast paced restaurants in downtown Toronto, Chef is excited for this new adventure, developing dishes that promote gut, brain, and overall health.
“I approach cooking with my eyes wide open and the curiosity of a child. My ever-evolving food philosophy is equally unguarded. At my very core I am an environmentalist and I strive to maintain a waste free kitchen, while always supporting the seasonal bounty of our local artisan farmers.” Naz Arabani, Sous Chef, Dimensions
