About this Retreat
Karina Vee is a certified personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, and yoga/Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience. As the founding instructor at Barry’s Canada, she has inspired countless fitness journeys and led wellness retreats in Bali, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and beyond. Karina has collaborated with brands like Alo Yoga and Lululemon, taught classes for over 5,000 people, and created effective fitness programs for busy lifestyles. Known for her dynamic and approachable coaching style, she empowers individuals to build strength and achieve lasting health.
Jela is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who specializes in strength, HIIT, and metabolic training, paired with stress management techniques. With experience working with hundreds of clients—ranging from CEOs to students and stay-at-home parents—Jela’s mission is to guide individuals toward achieving a well-balanced lifestyle while reducing the risk of future health issues. A proud Lululemon ambassador and collaborator with ON running, Jela brings a dynamic and supportive approach to every client’s journey.

Dimensions Algonquin Highlands’ five-star environment is a groundbreaking opportunity to leave the everyday behind. Pause, reflect, and connect to an enhanced sense of purpose. Dimensions’ 17 cabin Retreat destination was designed by internationally renowned creative studio DesignAgency to provide guests with peace and seclusion and an appreciation of the surrounding natural beauty of Northern Ontario.
Stays are based on a two-night minimum and the all-inclusive rates begin at $750 CDN per night, solo and $1250 CDN per night, duo.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Our all-inclusive accommodations and well-being services are elevated, discrete, and informed by a modern sensibility. Chef-prepared, plant-based, and protein diet menus are tailored to enhance each guest’s mind-body connection. Dining takes place in community at our Maple Lodge harvest table. Every stay is preceded by a consult with a member of Dimensions Retreat’s resident health and wellness team who will expertly design how your precious time could be spent on your well-being over the course of your stay with us.
All inclusions are optional and based on individual preferences:
• Pre-arrival activities and wellness treatments consult
• Private luxury cabin accommodation with ensuite bathroom (soaker tub + walk-in shower)
• All meals and snacks ( healthy + organic)
• Daily group Forest Bathing
• One group Sound Bath
• One outdoor Cold-Plunge Therapy (Maple Lake)
• One BioSound therapy table session (biofeedback) or one indoor Floatation Therapy (sensory deprivation float tank)
• Spring season outdoor activities along the trails and shores of Maple Lake (hiking,kayaking, canoeing, bon fires)
Bodywork + Wellness Services are not included in your stay, but they may be secured at least 14 days in advance of your arrival:

Please note that we are a bring your own alcohol establishment. Our team does not serve alcohol, however you are welcome to enjoy your own pours throughout the premises and your cabin is equipped with a mini fridge for your convenience.No alcohol shall be consumed prior to wellness treatments, this includes the evening soundbath.
