Carla Kava brings her passion for mindful movement, her belief in building consistency to the practice, and insights for living a happy, balanced life through movement to Dimensions for one weekend only beginning on Saturday, July 12, 2025. Her practice is influenced by Ashtanga Yoga, with elements of pranayama weaved throughout each sequence. You can expect buttery smooth slow flow, that will leave you feeling strong, centered and revitalized.
Dimensions Algonquin Highlands’ five-star environment is a groundbreaking opportunity to leave the everyday behind. Pause, reflect, and connect to an enhanced sense of purpose. Dimensions’ 17 cabin Retreat destination was designed by internationally renowned creative studio DesignAgency to provide guests with peace and seclusion and an appreciation of the surrounding natural beauty of Northern Ontario.


Stays are based on a two-night minimum, and the all-inclusive rates include meals, signature spa treatments, one individual bodywork session (registered massage therapy (RMT), Thai massage, lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, Reiki) session and begin at $950 CDN per night, solo and $1450 CDN per night, duo.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Our all-inclusive accommodations and well-being services are elevated, discrete, and informed by a modern sensibility. Chef-prepared, plant-based, and protein diet menus are tailored to enhance each guest’s mind-body connection. Dining takes place in community at our Maple Lodge harvest table. Every stay is preceded by a consult with a member of Dimensions Retreat’s resident health and wellness team who will expertly design how your precious time could be spent on your well-being over the course of your stay with us.

All inclusions are optional and based on individual preferences:
• Pre-arrival activities and wellness treatments consult

• Group Forest Bathing

One RMT Session is included in every stay. Additional Bodywork + Wellness Services are not included in your stay. The following services may be secured beginning at $175 per hour.

Please note that we are a bring your own alcohol establishment. Our team does not serve alcohol, however you are welcome to enjoy your own pours throughout the premises and your cabin is equipped with a mini fridge for your convenience. No alcohol shall be consumed prior to wellness treatments, this includes the evening soundbath.
