I spent 3 nights at the Krishna Village and it was the most incredible experience. After a very challenging and heart wrenching 12 months (caring for and losing my mum and putting my dad into care), the Krishna village experience helped me to heal. The food, accommodation and workshops were amazing - it was life-changing. Thank you Krishna Village staff and volunteers - you are all so inspiring.

Retreat Stay - 3 nights
I loved all of it.
The food was great, the budget single room was very comfortable.
The yoga instructors were fantastic for a novice like me.
I will come again, next time for a week.

Solo retreat to refresh and relax
I planned a short getaway by myself to rest and relax in a value for money, safe and supported environment which allowed as much or as little interaction as desired, from moment to moment.
I appreciated the meals which were tasty and more than enough for me, the interesting mix of people from all over the world, great conversations and the option to participate in yoga, meditations, discourses offered throughout each day.
The weather was a bit wet, so I didn't swim in the river, but it certainly looked clear and refreshing and there were trails to run or walk if desired.
Murwillumbah is only 13 minutes from the Village, so there was ample opportunity to pop out and stroll through the main street there, or to enjoy other parts of the region by car.
I recommend Krishna Village for anyone wanting to step outside of their day to day life for a break.

A deeply moving magical visit
Arriving at Krishna Village felt like coming home. The flowing river against the lush green beauty and misty mountains made our hearts lift.
We stayed in our campervan in a beautiful spot ..and were welcomed to the dinner table by smiling kind faces and a delicious spread of satvic vegan foods.
Hatha Yoga at sunrise by the radiant and knowledgeable Dhama set the tone for the next few days. Yoga, sound and Kirtan offerings were amazing - each teacher so compassionate and encouraging. Our visits to the sacred marble temple, the small shop and the temple restaurant were nothing short of pure blessings.
Thank you 🙏 we can’t wait to return! Hare Krishna🙏
