Based in Ojai, Seshen has been facilitating Soul Motion™ as a certified teacher in workshops and events around the world—including in Iceland, Austria, Norway, Canada, Japan, and the United States—since 2011.
Soul Motion™, created by Vincent Martínez-Grieco, is a transformative conscious dance practice that celebrates authenticity, creativity, sensitivity, and connection within each individual. Rooted in opening the senses and deep listening—toward the world, both within and without—it offers a journey home to your living, breathing self.
