About this Retreat
Your Guides
Wren is an embodiment guide committed to practices that encourage living in right-relationship. A trained dancer, theater worker, mindfulness facilitator and former recovery counselor, Wren shares body-based practices synthesized from social partner dance, mindfulness, Taoism, the Gene Keys, waterways and relating with other humans that support interpersonal connection and positive change.
In 2013, Wren founded Cocréa with co-founder Antje Schaefer, as a vehicle for transformation through exploring mindful, consent based partnered movement as a relational practice. Channeling what he has come to acknowledge as an intelligence that wants the highest possible outcome for humanity, he creates brave spaces for humans seeking a deeper sense of belonging to come home to themselves and the earth through the body.
Wren is a TEDx speaker, featured author in "ReInhabiting the Village", certified Attunement Therapy practitioner and HeartMath certified trauma sensitive educator. He holds a BA in Drama and Dance and began dancing in 1998 at the height of the swing dance revival. He immediately began fusing dance styles, particularly swing, hip hop and contemporary movement. He began performing in front of audiences at the age of 6 and as a neurospicy human, thrives when channeling his boundless energy, curious mind and empathetic capacity into service to others.
A devotee of the Gene Keys since 2013, he is currently training to become a Gene Keys Guide.

This immersive 3-day experience weaves together mindful partner dance, somatic practices, and the transformative power of tropical surrender. Whether you've never danced with a partner or have years of experience, this container will meet you exactly where you are and invite you into something you didn't know was possible.

Each retreat's daily schedule varies and is abundant with various movement or somatic practices, ceremonies, workshops or teachings.

Getting Here
Directions
We recommend flying into Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), if possible, as it's significantly closer to Nosara. If you are renting a car, then you would definitely rent a 4x4. The majority of roads are unpaved, dirt roads and require a specialised car.
Accommodation
There are 10 beautiful casitas and 3 roomy bell tents that are ready to host. Wi-Fi is available at the kitchen and the Temple, but not the casitas or bell tents. Overall, we have capacity for 30+ guests (all accommodations have access to showers & shared bathroom space): - 4 Dorms with 4 guests per casita (2 x Bunk Beds per room) - 2 semi-private Casitas with 2 guests per casita (2 x Single Beds per room) - 4 private Casitas with a Full Bed (each is available for one or two people to share one bed, with outdoor suspended nets for extra relaxation) - 3 Large Canvas Bell Tents (each is available for one or two people to share one tent) - Bring your own tent
Bahareque Casita
Set within Tierramor’s agroforestry landscape, these casitas, crafted with traditional bahareque construction, offer both sustainability and comfort. Featuring natural ventilation, large windows, and simple, functional design, they provide a serene base for your stay. Enjoy 3 farm-to-table meals each day, and join or daily yoga and meditation practice.
Private Mountain Casita
Tucked in between banana trees and flowering plants, this private king-bed casita overlooks Tierramor’s rolling hills and agroforestry systems. With double doors that open to an adjoining stargazing net, it’s an ideal space for rest and reflection. Enjoy 3 farm-to-table meals each day, and join or daily yoga and meditation practice.
Ocean View Mountain Casita
A shared ocean-view casita tucked between fruit trees and flowering plants - this stay offers two travellers a place to rest, relfect and connect. Get a glimpse of the pacific-ocean through dry-tropical forest trees or step out to your adjoining star-gazing to take in our spectacular stary night skies. Enjoy 3 farm-to-table meals each day, and join or daily yoga and meditation practice.
Semi-Private Casita
A shared hillside casita surrounded by fruit trees and flowering plants - this an ideal stay for those seeking reflection, connection, and immersion in nature. Step onto the adjoining stargazing net to unwind beneath the stars with fellow travellers. Two people per casita. Includes all meals.
Shared Casita
A shared hillside casita (up to 4 participants in each casita) surrounded by fruit trees and flowering plants - this an ideal stay for those seeking reflection, connection, and immersion in nature. Step onto the adjoining stargazing net to unwind beneath the stars with a fellow traveller or two - or listen to the howler monkeys as you watch the sun rise over the hills. Includes all meals.
Camping
For those who enjoy simplicity and closeness with nature, camping platforms and grounds are open. Guests have access to shared bathrooms, showers, and shared spaces. Meals and programming are included in your stay. Guest must bring their own tent and other camping equipment.
