Details of this retreat
During this weekend, we will learn and practise six simple yet profound meditation methods from the Yungdrung Bön tradition. These practices are based on simple visualizations and working with the sound of the syllable A, making them accessible and easy to incorporate into daily life.
These practices are intended to help practitioners:
* Strengthen their life force and vitality.
* Develop resilience and the ability to face life’s challenges.
* Cultivate clarity and lucidity of mind.
* Develop inner warmth.
* Prepare for a more conscious experience of the dying process.
The course will be based on a section of Tsewang Bod-Yulma, a terma transmitted by Tsewang Rigdzin, an accomplished master who attained the siddhi of long life.
This text presents essential instructions on key aspects of meditation practice in a concise and accessible form. Through explanation, demonstration, and guided practice, participants will have the opportunity to become familiar with these six methods and explore how to integrate them into daily life.
