Morning Meditation 6.00-7.00 am
We will start the day with a meditation in the inlet beach (if the weather will allow, otherwise it will be at the A-frame), you are more than welcome to wake up earlier and have a tea or coffee if you wish. The morning mediation will be partially guided, and we will be practicing what we have learnt the day prior.
Chai Break 7.00-7.30
Enjoy a delicious home made chai and the nature around you.
Soft Asana & Pranayama Practice 7.30-9.00
The morning Asana practice will involve a Qi Gong exercise, simple pranayama exercises and some gentle soft movements to move the Qi (energy) in the body and prepare the body for long sits, as well as to emphasise our learning how to keep the practice while in movement.
Breakfast Break 9.00-10.30
Breakfast will be served at 9.15 at the A-frame after the asana session, and there will be free time until next session.
Meditation 10.30-12.30
After breakfast there will be new teachings. The meditation will be guided, and then will be in silence to allow you to practice what you have learnt. Once the teachings are done, and the guided meditation is finished, and it is time for self-practice (with me in the hall), feel free to use the toilet if you wish (while moving mindfully and silently to not disturb others).
Lunch Break 12.30-14.00
Lunch will be served at 12:45 after the meditation session. Enjoy a long lunch break, Feel free to nap, walk around, rest or sit in nature. This is your time to restore.
Self Practice/ Free Time 14.00-16.00
After lunch there will be free time for either self practice, rest, exploring the nature around, or sitting and taking this magical place in. I would suggest you to maintain the practice even if you are simply walking through the forest. The more you practice in this special ‘isolated’ time from ‘real life’, the deeper you will go and the more you will be able to eradicate and release.
Dharma Talk/ Philosophy Class 16.00-17.00
After this self practice or free time, we will meet again for a Dharma talk around the magical rock (if the weather will allow, otherwise it will be at the A-frame), Please make sure you wear closed shoes for this, and if you wish you can bring a blanket or a cushion to sit on.
Walking Meditation/ Break 17.00-17.30
Yin Yoga, Cranio-Sacral & Sound Massage 17.30-19.00
We will finish our day with a Yin Yoga session to stretch out our bodies, and to keep the practice while in different situations (poses). In some of these practices I will use guided imagery.
We will finish with Love and Kindness Meditation (Metta Bhavna).
*Cranio Sacral Therapy and Sound Massage is given to all practitioners during the practice.
*On one of the nights there would be a special evening practice;
Translating the Astrology situation of the planets and star signs (- themes, emotions etc) into Traditional Chinese Medicine (the meridians, emotions, organs and themes) - These are explained by Amber and followed by a Yin yoga practice according to these themes. Finished by a long and transformative Guided Imagery. Cranio Sacral Therapy and Sound Massage is given to all practitioners during the practice.
