Thresholds: A Spiritual Retreat for Times of Transition
Life is full of thresholds—sacred spaces between what has been and what is yet to come. Whether you are entering a new season of vocation, family, health, or purpose, these moments invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and trust the Spirit’s gentle guidance.
During this retreat, we will explore how God meets us in times of change—offering grace, courage, and hope as we cross from the familiar into the unknown. Through prayer, silence, reflection, and shared conversation, participants will be invited to honor the past, release what no longer serves, and open their hearts to the new life emerging on the other side of the threshold.
Join us for this retreat at the Benedictine Center. Register now!

Accommodation
Commuter
Commuters enjoy the amenities of the Benedictine Center, even without spending the night. All commuters enjoy the public spaces of the Monastery, including the St. Paul's Monastery Gallery, monastic library, meditation chapel (when the Sisters are not at prayer), courtyard, dining room, and other sitting areas. If indicated within the description of a program, guests may also enjoy the luxury of a private room for the day.
Single Overnight Room
A single room offers spacious solitude. With at least one writing desk, rocker, and bed in each room, guests can relax with a book, pray, and rest comfortably. A bathroom may be shared with an adjacent room, but personal retreat guests are afforded the luxury of an empty room next door whenever possible.
Shared (two single beds)
A shared room enables quiet within community. Each room has two writing desks, rockers, and single beds and still plenty of room to relax and pray. A private bathroom may be shared with an adjacent room and guests enjoy the benefits of a slightly reduced cost without compromising the quality of the retreat experience.
