A private 1-day ayahuasca retreat near Playa Negra, Costa Rica. A professionally guided ayahuasca experience designed to support emotional healing, self-reflection, and personal growth in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Step into a transformative, one-on-one ayahuasca retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of Costa Rica. You can attend on your own, with your partner, or with a friend (maximum of two participants), while receiving personalized guidance tailored to your unique intentions and journey.

Our English, German, and Dutch speaking team has an extensive and extraordinary track record with over 15 years of combined experience working with plant medicine - entheogenic psychedelics - and the indigenous people who are culturally rooted in the uses of these psychedelic plants.

Having safely guided tens of thousands of participants from all over the world we have witnessed profound metamorphoses: healing, transformation, personal development, and shadow work.

A Programme Of 3 Phases

Phase 1 – Preparation (online)
Arrive with clarity and calm — no stress, no overwhelm, just what you need.

Phase 2 – 1 Day Retreat (in our retreat centre)
Expert guidance provides the optimal environment to maximize the benefits of your Ayahuasca experience. With one Ayahuasca ceremony, sharing circles, and complementary wellness modules, you will be immersed within a supportive space. Our expert facilitator cultivates trust and the ability for you to surrender to the experience in a safe environment.

Phase 3 – Integration (online)
Transformation doesn’t end with the retreat. Our integration program helps you apply your insights and create lasting change.

Before you can attend one of our Ayahuasca retreats, it is important that we review information about known medical conditions and/or the usage of any drugs or medication (if applicable), at the time of booking. We evaluate the possibility of attendance individually. Therefore, we ask you to fill out a questionnaire accurately. Of course we will maintain the confidentiality of this information.

BEFORE YOUR RETREAT - SELF-PACED PREPARATION PROGRAM (ONLINE)

Preparing for your retreat helps you to clarify your mind, body, and soul in a way that creates the perfect internal set and setting for your transformational experience.

We offer one-to-one conversations with our experienced and compassionate team who can walk you through what to expect and can offer resources to help you with your physical, emotional, and mental preparation as well as Dietary Guidelines.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with our other guests through our private community platform (retreat chat space).

Summary:
- Connecting with Fellow Participants and Retreat Facilitators: Before the retreat begins, we facilitate connections among participants and the facilitators to foster a sense of community and shared purpose.
- Intention Exploring and Sharing: During this call, we encourage participants to delve deep into their personal intentions for the retreat, fostering a sense of purpose and direction.
- Q&A: Towards the end of the call, we allocate time for a question and answer session to address any queries or concerns you may have about the upcoming retreat.

1 DAY PRIVATE AYAHUASCA RETREAT IN COSTA RICA

Day 1 - Arrival & 1 st Ceremony
Set in a tranquil natural environment, our private 1-day retreat combines one guided Ayahuasca ceremony with optional breathwork/meditation practices designed to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner clarity.

- 11:00 AM-12:00 PM – Arrival & 1:1 sessions with facilitators
- 01:00 PM – Lunch
- 02:00 PM – Explanation of ceremony & ayahuasca experience
- 03:00 PM - Breathwork/Meditation in ceremony room
- 05:00 PM – 1st Ayahuasca Ceremony
- 10:00 PM – Snacks & rest

Day 2 - Integration & Departure
Delicious breakfast, sharing, integration explanation, and departure.

AFTER YOUR RETREAT - INTEGRATION PROGRAM (ONLINE)

Integration is everything! We always say that when you go home the real work begins.

As part of our Integration Programme you will be part of a special journey for optimal transformation and exploration. This evidence-based program will help you to integrate your retreat experience in an empowered way to create lasting behavioral and lifestyle changes as follows:

We recommend flying into Liberia International Airport (airport code LIR).
From there, our shuttle service will be available to pick you up and bring you directly to the retreat.

If you're flying into San José International Airport (airport code SJO), we’re happy to help you coordinate a reliable taxi transfer directly to our retreat centre. Please note that our shuttle service operates exclusively from Liberia International Airport (airport code LIR).

If you're arriving by car, complimentary parking is available on-site.
Our retreat centre is located in Los Pargos, just near Playa Negra.

Lack of professionalism + unkindness

The webinar started late and then they had technical problems — it’s hard to call that professionalism...
Later, when I personally encountered technical issues and got disconnected from the meeting for a moment, I asked for access to the second part of the recording (which actually shows me disappearing) — they didn’t show the same understanding they had for themselves and demanded 110 euros. Not only is it a lack of empathy, but also outright profiteering!

The retreats are incredibly well organized — everything flows beautifully, and the team makes you feel completely at home. Their approach is always personal, attentive, and full of care. Each member of the team is highly experienced and brings something truly unique and valuable to the space.

The house itself is absolutely beautiful — warm, welcoming, and filled with peaceful energy. I always feel understood, supported, and comfortable there.
