Welcome to Melissa's 1 on 1 Microdosing Psilocybin Day Retreat;  a place to release old patterns, and heal deeply from life's traumas.

I offer a one to one session, as well as groups for two or three clients. (family/friends) price shown is per person. However, I offer a discount for upto three clients.


ABOUT
Magic mushrooms contain a chemical compound known as psilocybin. This compound can have a profound effect on the brain in areas that control mood, perception, as well as cognition. Magic mushrooms are one of the strongest natural psychedelics, it is consumed to treat a number of ailments, disorders, and diseases.

They can be used as an anti-inflammatory, to regulate blood sugar levels, support cardiovascular health, support the immune system, digestive problems, promote vitality, enhance energy, reduce fatigue.

BREATHWORK - To strengthen, and detoxify all energy systems - Qi gives the blood energy to nourish all our cells thus Improves blood circulation.

SOUND HEALING WITH TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS - Using sacred Tibetan Singing Bowls. Sound, the ultimate healing modality of The Universe.

Our modern world, life has become ever more fast-paced, and complex: in a word, stressful. Even with our advances in technology, our bodies still operate on the same rhythms and cycles as our ancestors’ bodies. Yet in the modern world, lights turn night into day, and stores make it easy to get whatever we want at any time. It’s no wonder that balance is so difficult to achieve when we push ourselves in so many unnatural ways. Our modern lifestyle leaves millions of people too depleted to get sufficient exercise, relaxation, play, or quality time with friends and families. Chronic stress, and this energy-depleting way of life lead to anxiety, fatigue, depression, a weakened immune system, and a host of serious physical and psychological ailments. In fact, any perceived stress can put a person into this fight-or-flight state. Your body isn’t just reacting—it’s overreacting constantly triggering this fight-or-flight response wears down the body, and mind.
