Our modern world has become ever more fast-paced and complex, but our bodies still operate on the same rhythms, and cycles as our ancestors’. Yet lights turn night into day, It’s no wonder that balance is so difficult to achieve when we push ourselves in so many unnatural ways. Our modern lifestyle leaves us too depleted and this energy-depleting way of life can lead to anxiety, fatigue, depression, a weakened immune system, and a host of serious physical and psychological ailments.

Instead of focusing on managing symptoms; Immerse yourself in Melissa’s transformative online wellness 5 day retreat. Retreats run Monday to Friday 12:00 - 15:00 GMT with a maximum group size of ten. Melissa hosts live online via a zoom link.

Melissa has successfully hosted her own 1:1 'Burnout’ retreats for the past five years in the mountains of Valencia, Spain. Transforming many clients lives by providing them with the tools, care, and guidance to feel strong enough to continue on their own healing journey. After making the heart wrenching decision to be closer to her family, she now focuses her retreats online by hosting mental wellness retreats aboard her Narrowboat in London sharing her wealth of knowledge.

The workshops run Monday to Friday 12:00 - 15:00 GMT via Zoom for five days . Melissa encourages every client who wishes to join a 15 minute one to one preparation call.
