Sacred Elements - A Transformative Yoga and Wellness Journey
Step away from the hustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Sacred Elements Yoga & Wellness Retreat at Pachamama Eco Village. Rooted in the wisdom of the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—this retreat is designed to bring balance and harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Ground yourself with nourishing plant-based meals and rejuvenating yoga and the pottery class, flow like water through meditation, ignite your inner fire with the community sweat lodge , and embrace the freedom of air through breathwork.
Over seven days, experience the magic of:
Daily Yoga: Two yoga sessions per day, blending movement, breath, and mindfulness to awaken your body and spirit.
Breathwork Session: Connect deeply with your breath and unlock new levels of vitality and awareness.
Ice Bath Session: Invigorate your senses with a guided ice bath experience, awakening resilience and clarity.
Nourishing Meals: Three wholesome, plant-based meals daily to energize and restore.
Fresh Juice: One revitalizing juice per day to hydrate and refresh.
Community Sweatlodge: A traditional sweatlodge ceremony to cleanse, purify, and reconnect.
Pottery Class with Kate: A creative session to channel your energy into crafting something beautiful and meaningful.
Massage Session (Optional): Relax and release tension with a soothing massage, available as an add-on for deeper healing.
Taxi Shuttle Included: Enjoy a seamless arrival with a taxi transfer from the airport to Pachamama.
Silent Sitting & Evening Events: Engage in meditation, singing, dancing, open mic nights, and more to nourish your soul and connect with others.
From practicing yoga in open-air studios to strolling through peaceful jungle paths, every moment at Pachamama invites you to pause, reflect, and rediscover yourself.
