She is the author of three books: The Joy is in the Journey: A Women's Guide Through Crisis and Change, a book that outlines a course of action for women of all ages and stages to successfully navigate through the challenges and complexities of life's crises and changes. The Busy Person's Guide to Balance and Boundaries provides a proven process for recovering balance, improving relationships, and making the giant leap from human "doing" to a happier human "being." And more recently, We Don’t Know What We Don’t Know: A Woman’s Guide through Grief and Loss, designed to help a woman maneuver through the multi-faceted maze of grief, whether from current or past losses.

Embracing the Journey: A Women's Retreat on the Spiritual and Psychological Dimensions of Aging
Embark on a transformative three-day retreat that invites you to embrace the profound journey of aging with grace and wisdom.
Join other women as we journey into a deeper identity of and compassion for ourselves as we embrace the realities of aging. This retreat will outline a process that guides and supports us on this inner and outer journey. We will learn how to name our common saboteurs and shadow aspects which judge and/or resist growing older; our inner ageist, our “doer,” she who struggles with letting go. We will understand the importance of liminal time/space and be introduced to new ways of implementing forgiveness for self and others. We will learn to identify and move through the “tasks” of becoming an elder and discover, uncover, and recover our spiritual essence. In short, we will make the journey from Role to Soul. Not to be missed.
