Details of this retreat
Are you curious about what people mean when they speak of “the divine feminine,” and wonder if you have permission to speak that yourself? This integral perspective of the Christian tradition is often overlooked for more masculine images of God. However, all aspects of God are part of our tradition. Join us for a tender, safe, and empowering weekend of expanding our idea of God by liberating the parts of ourselves that intuitively know there is so much more.
Whether you have never before heard the phrase “divine feminine” or have known this spirituality for decades, there is a place for everyone on this retreat. We will give life to such words as Shekinah, Ruah and Sophia as images of the divine. We will learn a language that gives voice to the quiet inner knowing that has long fought for our attention, and explore the feminine nature of God through guided meditations, generative writing, nature encounter, and individualized embodied practices that best support your unique needs and makeup.
