In this retreat, we will explore life’s continual change and focus on the liminal space: the in-between where “what was” has not yet become “what is” and where all transitions unfold. Through presentations, silent reflection, and guided sharing, you will be invited to approach life transitions not with fear or resistance but with grace, openness, curiosity, and acceptance. This retreat offers a space to release attachments and to discover the wisdom, resilience, and freedom that can arise in the liminal space of transition.
