Covid Dharma Compassinate Action in times of uncertainty
I really felt a connection during this class and took away helpful tools that can be utilized during these unpredictable times and in everyday life .

covid dharma on-line
Thank you for offering this. I found it difficult to stay with the practice, I think due to the formless nature of it, and also the length. I was hoping for more context up front but ended up leaving before the practice portion ended so missed the talk and discussion. It was nice to see everybody though. For me I would have liked to start with a short talk on the context through a dharmic lens, then a shorter, more focused practice, discussion, more practice, etc. Thanks again.

Covid19 Dharma
Thankyou for providing an opportunity to connect with my sangha. After the techno glitches I was able to settle in and connect. I did feel a strong connection to others and self.
I’ve been basically in self isolation for the past three years and this is a welcome addition to my practice. And so I sit... in gratitude ????????❤️

Penetrating Wisdom on-line
I enjoyed practicing with community both within the local sangha and the people tuned in on-line in real time. I loved the linking the Dorje Loppon made to Shambhala teachings and other sources. Loved the teachings.
The main strain was on the sound quality of the Dorje Loppon, perhaps because of on-line microphones needing to be muted? It was garbled often.

Mahamudra Retreat at Kootenay Shambhala Meditation Centre
This was my first time to attend one of the annual Kootenay Shambhala Meditation Centre's Mahamudra Retreats. It was a truly amazing experience in every way, from the depth of the teachings to the teachers, staff and participants. A beautiful setting with exceptional hospitality, well organized, rich in the dharma. I appreciated that it was experiential and balanced teachings with time to relax and integrate the teachings. I will be back!
